2.0 16v Ecotec. 110k, TAX'd and MOT'd, white alloys and lowered (shocks and springs) all for £200.

Well chuffed!

Gonna get it up on the ramps and have a good poke about it today.

Looks good mate, is that a SRi? My Bro picked up his Eco SRi for £300 standard guise.

Dunno what it is about the facelifts but the Hatch's look better than the saloon's but the pre facelifts look beter in saloon than hatch.

Nice bargain.

Have to disagree there tbh as hatches dont look as mean or purposeful as a loon:p

Strange that i think, as i prefer cav saloons but nova hatches lol

Looks pretty good though mate and a bargain at that price, whats the rear arches like on her, and make sure you check the rubber pipe coming from the bulkhead in the engine bay, theyre prone to blocking and letting the scuttle panel fill with water and flood into the car!

Thats a nice find, although its not an SRI. It has no skirts, chrome pin striping as opposed to the SRI's Red items, I doubt it has a spoiler or rear discs and it has the incorrect interior.

Which is all a bonus.

Ideally you want to fit SRi Skirts and a spoiler and take it down a little more with different wheels. Project finished, a beaut of a car. Oh, and fit a CR box as opposed to the WR that'll be in it. Go F16 or F20.

Had it up on the ramps the day for a good poke about and its SOLID. no rot what so ever!

All it will need for MOT is discs and pads all round.

Plans are SRi sideskirts and a bit lower. Oh and change the interior!

Naaaa mate, pre-facelift loons looked a lot meaner then the bubbly eyed soft fronted facelift loon. Obviously the turbo exempt from that statement. But look at the Early SRi GSi especially with the front headlamp washer/wipers fitted too, they looked more butch from the front. The SRi facelifts look limp in loon form too roundy bubbly in the front.

Dad has a pre facelift SRi loon (seh) and bro has a facelift SRi hatch (xev) so I know what Im on about sonny jim :p :D

Yeah, the wheels aint exactly pretty either. What about a nice set of 17"s in Silver? All in all though, a minter of a Motor.

Cav CDX Leather would be so at home in that its unreal.

If a cavalier like that came up for sale over here NI for 200 quid, nobody would buy it! Simply because we'd doubt it and think its dodgy lol.

Thats a serious bargain, I could live with the wheels! But some Vauxhall wheels would be nice aswell.

Btw stan lovin your cav think it could do to be lower though as ya cant beat a slammed cav but please dont put GSi/Turbo bumpers on though as they look wrong on a hatch imo!
