looking for the right size and type (abrasive) was going to use a bottle brush type, like a flexi hone, its for a gsi block btw

use a 3 stone cylinder hone with a light oil or WD40 and hone about a 45deg pattern.

find a hone that does has a diameter range that suits the 1.6 bore.

Bottle brush type are much better if you can get hold of one
