Blue novas

Hi everyone
i was down the body shop today seeing how my car was getting on ( its looking very sorry for itself ).
anyway more to the point, i was looking at colour charts as the nova is getting sprayed but i cant quite deciede what blue i want, i love the breeze blue ( raymonds looks great ) but i think i want something a bit unique so post your pics please so i can get an idea!
by the way the bumpers and skirts are def going gloss black!

With Black bumpers you will want it on the lighter side to contrast nicely with them, however. IMO having it fully colour coded will justify having a deeper lush colour, maybe metallic.

How about BMW duck egg Blue as seen on some E36 M3's?? Very rare.

yeah i agree with the darker the blue the better it would be colour coded but i just love the look of the gloss black bumpers!

Not often I get to whore the blue one. Still not seen another nova in this colour, and I miss it terribly :( Its supposed to be a sh!troen colour, Posedion blue but ive always thought it looked lighter tbh.

Lol thats what everyone said but there were two 7mm wide tie wraps holding the induction pipe to the strut brace, even under hard acceleration it didnt go close enough to touch the pulley or belt:thumb:

I bought a cover for it but i decided to get shut as it was poorly and also a good excuse to stop myself driving like the loon that i was:roll:

Hmm, Breeze Blue according to my Opel chart is a metallic paint, so I'm guessing its not that one.

I think the one you need is actually called Cosmos Blue 273 or Marine Blue 254 - both have the same Vauxhall colour code of 27L.

aye, i sold it on to some lad who came from manchester who apperently was gunna turbo the 1.4 in it. did a check on it a while back and it was still taxed etc... but lost the number for the guy so not sure what it looks like etc now. was my first nova :(

I'd say Nordic. Miami is turquoise sort of colour. AW06 has a miami Nova.

There are 2 Vauxhall Breeze Blue's!!

There is the flat blue that came in the Nova Flair/SR/SRi, and a metallic (almost like a metallic Miami Blue) that was available in the Astra G Coupes, and Astra H's.:thumb:
