It's not even like you've got caps lock on, it just puts caps at the start of each word! It's incorectly correcting your grammer

press shift 5 times, and it will bring a dialog up,

To disable it, go to Control Panel > Accessibility Settings > Sticky Keys, Settings (button) > untick "Use Shortcut"
