is it possible to change the clutch arm through the inspection plate?

yes most certainly is. basicly when you remove the clutch you have to undo a 13mm bolt on the clutch fork. take this bolt right out, and then you can pull the clutch arm right out the top of the box. the clutch fork will fall off but its 1 piece anyway so easy to put back in..
