S1 Rst arch kit on saloon?

Anyone tried this before? the standard arches on both cars look very similar, i think it would make a saloon look hard as nails!... maybe somone photoshop wizard could sort somthing?

I'll give it a go when i get home not a wiz at it but its not that hard when you get into it.

you can make anything fit with metal,fibreglass and filler. i have a s2 turbo arches set in my loft lol

I've always thought moulding some mk2 escort forest arches into a Saloon would look the absolute dogs nackers.

Would need to find some that have the same curviture as the Saloon arch.

Or, do it properly - chop the arch and weld more metal on to widen it.

Yeah, thats why I thought about it. I believe he just made small slices into the arch, flared it out and welded a strip over the flared sections

i'm convinced the mk3 escort arches are very close match the nova saloon, i'm gonna try a get a loan of an s1 rst arch and find out before i take the plunge and buy a set!

I think it will rock hard, specially the way arches drop down futher than the sills, sill covers should be easy to get on there too!:D
