Which Springs and where from

Can anyone recommend which 40mm lowering springs i should get, and where is the cheapest place to buy them from??

'Online' in Lichfield make a cheap set, about ?62 for 4 plus postage, they work with standard dampers (but are a bit bouncy!) and theres a choice or ride heights, either -40mm or -60mm.
