Following on from this thread here (http://www.pngclub.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1036130#post1036130)

Decided on a Clio trophy
Viewed, tested, fell in love, placed deposit.
Continued to do the usual bits and pieces finance related.
HPI - not good. Wont go into it.
Sale fell thru, deposit returned.

So, back at square one.
Next to no Trophy's available nationwide.

So
New criteria.

As per previous thread car wise,
small(ish)
Light
Quick
Nimble
RELIABLE
Pretty cheap(ish) to run

BUDGET!
£2.5k Cash!
OR
UP to £6k financed.

Age isnt a huge concern anymore
Mileage as low as possible hobviarssely

Ideas/Links/Suggestions PLEASE!

Love you guys xxxxxxxx:thumb:

Wont get a loopy gti for 2.5k

Starbos are too fragile for my liking

106 Rallye/GTi is a contender.
Anybody got any experience with MX5s?

Mate had an MX5 as a track slag after his VX.... loved every minute of it and it was a very capable car (just a touch sluggish on the power front). Hes now back in a VX but misses the MX5 as he didnt care if he binned it lol

Well the two i have eyes on are both just shy of 180bhp, so i dont hink they would be too shy power wise
