Citroen Saxos are 4x108 and the wrong offset (ET12 - 18), (Vauxhall Nova 4x100 ET42 - 45) so no they will not fit.

when i had my mk4 escort xr3i it had a set of mk6 escort gti wheels on it, and then put them my savo vtr when the escort went. the stud pattern was diffrent but the seemed to fit ok. i only had to move the fuel tank and filler pipe into the boot because the rubbed on the wheels otherwise.

Most Ford, Citroen and Peugeot are all PCD 4 x 108, and you would of had to move them parts because of a little thing called offset :D
