what program will i need to photoshop images? wanna start experimenting but need to no wot program to get and where from!

GIMP is good, free and does a lot of stuff that photoshop has, Welsh Dan even has a guide to editing using Gimp.

There is a legal free download called "gimp", isnt bad but importantly its legal
