Hi all,
Basically I'm after a way of putting a rev counter clocks in my 1.0 nova?
Is it possible? Will a set of corsa 1.6 clocks fit??

Yep.
Did this to my 1.2. Pretty easy job. Just run a wire from the coil to the rev counter on the 1.6 clocks.
I butchered my original speedo into my GSi clocks, looks like cool and is correct speed. Ran the GSi speedo off my 1.2 box for a bit and was waaaay out.

Ah sorry, thought he said Nova 1.6 clocks.
Why do people insist on trying corsa clocks? When Nova 6 dials are so easy to get hold of, why bother?
Anyways, Matt, just get yourself some GTE/GSi Clocks (depending what dash/year car you got) and fit them.

Been offered corsa clocks for £5! But useless if won't fit! where and how do I get a tacho signal? Cable? Wires?

negative side of the ignition coil. a wire from there to the connector on the rev counter on the gte / gsi / sr speedo

Excuse my ignorance!
I run a wire from the output side or input side of thecoil?
Pic would be nice;)

ive got a 1l and my clocks were plug and play!
my 1l before hand also had the rev counetr wire allready there
if tis a mk1, the rev counter wire might be wrapped up in that stick-as-fook foam insulation, if it is then unravel it and itll be a solid green wire
my current mk2 allready had it on the plug, so just plugged them in and off i went lol
rev counter is solid green on both btw if you want to look first :thumb:
