I have a scrapped SR with a 5 seed and mine came with a 4 speed. It has taken me about 3 weekends just to get the old one off let alone put it back on my other car! I'll email you the pages out of the manual if you like.

jack up car and put on axle stands
undo both bottom ball joints, put container under gearbox and pop out the shafts. use a proper jack (not windup) to suport gearbox as u undo the bolts, 19mm, should be 7 i think.
undo the earthstrap (13mm bolt)
***place something under the engine to make sure it doesnt drop***
you may need to drain the cooling system depending on how easily u can get the other box back on without the plastic cooling pipe getting in theway
make sure the clutch cable is released along with the speedo cable (undoes like a screw) are removed
remove the long bolt that holds the back of the box (1side is 15mm other is 17mm)
undo the 3*15mm mount bolts .

cant remember but i think you also need to remove the tie vars+antiroll bar, or at least i did!!
