went into halfords on thursday for some trade prices as you do lol , when i thought id enquire how much there welders were , (im goin to have to do alot of welding on lou's golf) so i had a look on the shelf and they had a 130 amp mig and a 150 amp mig , the 130 amp priced at 229.99 the 150 didnt have a price ....

so asks at till , they have a look , cant find it on system but say they have a 130 at 229.99, i say dont want that one lol , want the 150 ,

anyway still cant find it , goes of to ask manager and comes back and says sincew it isnt on system you can have it for £75 , needless to say i know own it hahah

so go to halfords and see what they have lol

halfords are doing a massive clearance.. i got myself loads the other day for a bit over a ton..
Highlights: (please note - store stock only- not special order) reddot brake discs and pads, gmax spring kits, motorola handsfree kit, mp3 players, some professional tools, pink car cleaning cloths/chamois, some audio/speakers.

ha ha nice 1! i worked for halfords for 4 years, i had some absolute bargains from there, i got several decent set of speakers pioneer 6x9s kenwood subs, alpine components, all for under a tenner each, and verious other goodies hardly used any of it but it wud be rude not to buy them.
the best 1 i had was a set of of gmax 60mm springs and shocks for my nova (graunted not the best but they certainly do there job) for £14.75!
what it was with the speakers i worked in a really quiet halfords which had only been open for a few yers, we wud just allways be stuck with really old obsolete stock, what after being in the back for a year or so theyd just go dirt cheap.
and my suspension come from a store in manchster that only had them listed for a nova, not that theyd fit a corsa or tigra tho, they had them stuck on a shelf gathering dust from when novas were more popular. a few stores have still got them according to the halfords intranet, i forgot which other stores but it may well be worth popin in ur local halfords n asking!

I managed to get an Einhell SGA Turbo (190amp) mig for £65 on ebay earlier in the year.. It also came with a 15KG reel, 10 spare shrouds and electrodes, plus a 100kg bottle of gas..

Best eBay bargain I have EVER had..
