she died drinking water

Anyone else here about this, she was on a diet and was ment to drink four litres of water in a day. but she drunk it all in under two hours. how can anyone be that stupid

Yea thats the one Olly, and its not just the brain from when it swells. A guy up the gym past out once because he drunk so much all day from working out he didnt have any salt or something left in his body

the water will help flush out any sodium in your blood, and you really do need sodium in your blood!!!!!

I get killer migranes when my soduium levels drop, and drinking water to rehydrate makes it worse lol. Have to drink those electrolyte drinks that homos in lycra on bikes have.

yeah you can drown youre self lol.. i get close to doing it most days.. i drink up2 7ltrs aday..but i'm a big lad.. but when youre shoveling tonnes of slag and kish, near Laddles of molten metal thats aprox 1300degrees, you kinda need it.

That's just plain stupidity, why she never knew it was wrong is just crazy,and as said that amount of water is a huge amount to drink in that time and she should of felt bloated but must of forced her self.

i remember the story when some olympic swimmers were drinking like 5 liters of water a day and it messed up there skin effectual it watered there skin down and it become to supple and would tear very easily

I was drinking around that when in Afghanistan and Seeb. That'll be why the food on camp was always quite salty I guess lol

Aw that's terrible eh, I never heard about this particular case but I know if you drink tons of water it floods the kidneys.

this over drinking thing is what kills people who use E's, they get a raging thirst & their blood can get so thin that they haemorage(sp) out everywhere.....
