few questions for you guys :)

do the side repeaters have a plug anywhere or do i have to cut the cables if they do have a plug where is it ?,

are nova windscreens and rear hatch screen bonded on ?? my old novas front screen was but people in work is telling me they arnt

also would a leaky shock curse a uneven hight on the rear

am pretty sure that you have to cut the side repeaters, thats all i know sorry

side repaters wiring is part of the loom iirc. The earth bolts somewhere just inside the inner a post.
If you're taking the wings off, just cut and re-solder.

Rear screens are not bonded in, they're just held in with a rubber, same as front.

No, ride height is determined by the spring.

dunno about the side repeaters, never played with them....

front & rear screens have rubber seals, but they probably have a bit of sealant (the front should anyway)

a faulty damper should not cause uneven ride height unless it is bent or seized

the indicators do plug in , little black spade wires in the foot wells, and the earth screws on to the side

would the drivers side spring sit abit lower due to the constant extra weight on that side

Cutting is fine, its what I do. Usually then fit some Astra Mk4 repeaters too :D

Front screen isn't bonded but may well have some gakky sealant round it.

Drivers side spring, no, as the dampers don't hold any weight of the car, merely dampen the spring rebound (hence the name dampers; or absorb shocks, hence the name shock absorbers) :thumb:
