bargain then lol. maybe GM for the bulbs as you need the holders and they are 1 piece. hold the dash up to the light and you ll see what bulbs are missing and what they do. also if the front looks a bit dull t-cut it but go easy round the mileage rest set pin thing cause if you t-cut in it it will end up going all white round it.

id fit the digi dash in from the back and chop the curved shape on the digi dash into the dashboard so it sits tight upto the back. i used the astra gte dash cover as a template but you could make a carboard template. if you cut it neat you wont need to fill or paint it. i done mine in 2000 before a had a digi camera lol and its a distant memory when i cut it in.

Have a look in Peesters WIP. Hes fitted a digi into a mk1 dash. Or even better, convert for a mk2 dash and the digi just slips in ;)

There is no guide or no pics of a digi dash being put in a mk1 dash on here.My advice is try for yourself.Only 1 person i know of on here has done it and he had to use filler and then flock the dash.Ive tried it,and failed. Its very hard.

It can and has been done, its whether you have the time/patience to do it.I didnt lol i took the dash out and did it on the floor.I had it fit perfect. Then put it in the car and the dash sits at an angle forward,i had done it as if it were straight lol So there was a great gap all the way round.I then struck my mark 1 dash with my hammer, very hard. Then again, and again........Now i have a mk2 dash and all is gravy.....
