hi all im trying to work out weather its better to turbo my standard 2.0xe or to buy a complete let engine. also need to know what i would need to turbo my xe apart from the obvious turbo/manifold/intercooler/management p.s its only ever going to be a track car thanks:D

From the research i did when thinking about doing this, i think it is easier to buy a let engine!

iirc you need to lower the compression aswell. the money it would cost to convert you would be aswell getting the LET engine. i managed to get mine for 800 with everything!

not sure yet. engines in so is gearbox. had it started but didnt try to drive it!!! got your number so will let you know. you got a spare rocker cover?

Ok, was just thinking TB power would be better for track use :thumb:

If its a blower you want, go for the LET - sell your current XE for ~300, let for £1k.

cool i have 2 spare with gearboxes. i was thinking tho kkk of the bay 150/get my pistons low comped 100/dont have a clue about the inlet side
