do you know were the last mot was done


if you do alot of garages keep records of the old mots so you could ring them up and just ask them its worth a try

Well if you took your car for a retest this year before the old one expired then surely it ran out in November '08 or will do in November '09?

no as i edited the last section adding about some companys keeping records of the old mot's i swear you lot love to pick holes even when someone is being helpful look at your quote you read it wrong even if i spelt the word slightly wrong :p

There are later tests for this vehicle under a more recent Test Number.

But i dont know the later mot test number to bring up the info?

And btw ive never mot'd this car i only bought it in feb this year

www.vehiclelicense.gov.uk can do something with MOTs if you have a V5 number. I don't at the mo, so I dunno what information it gives you - may be worth a look though

Tryed it, no luck! I spoke to the lad i bought it off and im going to pop down to the mot test center and see if they can tell me.

if you go to the last "test station" you had it tested at
with your reg and v5 you can get a copy cert
may cost you a tenner!

or just get it tested early as long as it is within 29 days of
running out you will not loose any days test
(you could end up with 13 months, depends on date and if it passes)

Guna have to be tuesday. Is that illegal? Leaving it on the road without a mot? not driving it but its right outside my house parked with the blokes cars from the mg garage next door

Aye it's illegal but TBH as long as it's taxed and you aren't using it who GAF :thumb:

you cant really drive it or park it on the road, but while you havent got
a mot on the nova the insurance is allso no good.
you can only drive it to the mot station on the day and time
of the test as long as it is booked in. :thumb:

Hmm it should be ok, ive parked it in such a way that its blocked in so the anpr cameras n all that shizzle cant read the index number.
