You may struggle on that one mate! I have a fair bit of experience with MX bikes. Used to race them years ago, still in contact with the local MX scene. Are the frame number and engine number clear? No signs of tampering? What make and model is it? Where is it advertised, shop or private? Just try and get as much info as possible. The newer bikes, KTM's anyway, are now coming with datatags as unfortunatly MX machines are easy to hide their identities due to no documents being needed.

Good luck with it all!

its a old honda cr 125 with rear drum brake (early model 1990?)
its had a cg 125 engine fitted an according to the manual the engine number means the engine came from a b reg cg

but i cant find a frame number on the bike

1990??!! Crikey, an antique!;)

Frame number should be on the headstock. Where the top and bottom triple clamps mount. Might have to remove the front number board to see it.
