hey guys n girls,

doin xe conversion on my silk violet gsi over the winter and not sure on colours for the engine bay??

got blue silicone hoses, blue block (similar to breeze blue),silver head,silver gearbox,black selector and linkage,silver inlet manifold,black fuel rail,blue injectors and blue vaccum hoses.

not sure on rocker cover, L piece and cambelt cover??


silk violet with black L ?
silver with blue L?
any ideas??

Not sure, but which ever colour you choose, make sure its the one that gives you the most power!

In these days of over modifying, I can't help feel a mint silver rocker with a bright Red plug cover (std) looks so refreshing.

Reading all the colours & parts you have its going to be a mish mash of colours & themes anyway. Subtle is the way forward.

VVVVVVVVVVVV was this nova the one that was on Top Gear a few years ago also-Anthracite looks good on engine bay:thumb:
