Single Wiper help

I have just got a single wiper from www.Singlewiper.com (it is the adjustable one) and i have put it on my car but have notaced flexing of the scuttle panel when i use it, is this normal? Thanks Rick Draper

The linkage is hittin it then, mine does that, but i didn't pay stupid money i made it my self, cost ?15

stick a bar in through the hole where the wiper mechanisim pokes through the scuttle and smack it with a hammer to dress the bulk head slightly, paint up the metal and u will be okay
