I have a set of wheels that I'm selling for a mate problem is thay was in his garage when he took over ownership and we dont know what the pcd is so i was wondering is there anywhere i can print out some sort of template to print out?
Thanks
Mark
Measure it up and work it out.
if they are 4 stud, measure from the centre of the top left hole to the centre of the bottom right hole, that is the pcd.
if it is a 5 stud, then you need to measure from the centre of one hole to the centre of the wheel & multiply by 2
Just measure the pitch between two wheelbolts, on the diagonal.
Measure the bore diameter of the central hole while your at it as well.
Post your results here!
EDIT awesome triple post lads, top work lol

Lol you took something really simple and made it sound complicated lol
I assume you were taking the biscuit?

not everybody is a wheel pcd expert, so I explained what to do. it worked though.

Simplified as "measure the distance between the centers of two opposite bolt holes" :D

I used to work in vehicle parts, & sold aftermarket wheels. believe me, the way I described it is the easiest way to get the right measurement. a hell of a lot of people do not know how to do a pcd & think it is the distance between each hole, which is only correct on a 6 stud wheel, when multiplied by 2.
Making absolutely sure you explain something in as much detail as possible is normally the best way to go about things, especially in a scenario such as vehicle parts. You get people wandering in off the street who really shouldnt have been allowed to tie their own shoelaces!
Dont get on someones back because they explained something too well!
I also rekon you measured wrong, very little uses a 115 PCD.
114 could fit Hyundai's, Kias. Mitsubishi's etc. Being 13's theyre quite an odd wheel IMO and not gonna be easy to sell.

some datsuns, MGB's, and maestro vans also had the same size, in imperial it was a morris commercial size.
maybe they were off a sapporo or a sunny???
Are you sure you didnt measure the outside of the holes?

If he did after all the explanations and the diagram, he has no hope lol
