To convert a Nova GTE 8v engine or a Corsa Sport/GSi 16v engine to turbo? Or a conversion kit to fit the new Corsa VXR unit?

Courtenay sport used to do it for around £3000 and quoted 150 bhp.
the turbo that comes fitted to the new corsa vxr is a direct fit for a c16xe/x16xe :D
well if Courtenay sport is not doing them no more wat parts will i need to do it all

Turbo manifold, decompression plate, turbo, dowpipe, intercooler, intercooler pipes and hoses, oil filter relocation kit, FPR and you will need to put a return pipe into your sump for the oil return on the turbo.

Hope you got a lot of spare time aswell chap ;)

is it really as easy as you just made it out to be? as im seriously looking at doing this, was thinking about puttin low compression pistons and that in but is the sandwich plate easier and you have to use 2 head gaskets?

Surely simply comparing the exhaust gaskets from a 1.6 VXR & a Corsa GSi would be a way of knowing for sure?
It's been posted around the net from numerous sources.
