hit a crash barier on a industrial estate i was the 12th person to hit it yesterday morning it would need to be jiged to repair it :cry:

looks dead tbh, could get away with new front end, wing, innner wing if the chassis rails are still straight

Sorry to hear of your mishap:( , damage looks severe enough to twist the chassis, is the roof kinked, looks as if it is.

Think it's probably dead

just been out to have a look the a pillar is kinked at the bottom. think im going to reshell it

Because your insurance company will see this as an "old car" they will probably write it off even if it was repairable.
You should be able to buy it back for scrap value and claim the full amount of what you have it insured for and fix it yourself....................unless you're 3rd party only?

im only 3rd party:cry: getting a new shell today with a seized engine so going to use my engne in that for the time being then hopefuly after christmas look for a mint shell to reshell the gte

Gutted for you mate. Shame to lose another tidy example. Shame yyou can't have a sh1te box for daily driver and keep the nova just for weekends etc

Gutted for you mate, it was almost 3 years ago I killed my yellow sr, and that was just in the wet. The roof on that was kinked as well.

At least most parts are intact and you can get it rebuilt.

Yeah, saw one accident and a few near misses on the way home also. And it wasn't that icy heading south!

Car looks a mess, shame as it seemed quite tidy.

:eek: oh no:(,words honestly cant describe how gutted i am for you mate.the gte looks so clean aswell,actualy brought a tear to my eye thinking what if i did......enough of that! i honestly hope it can be sorted out(but highly unlikly imho):(
