everytime he does it ring the police. not 999 number obviously but the other one what ever it is lol. then they will contact him and tell him to move it. just say to the police you need to go out and theres a van blocking you in and you dont know who it belongs to. they will ask for the reg and take it from there

it isnot a drop kerb but when we asked the council to come and drop the kerb thay came out and told us that there is no point dropping it because the kerb is droped at 1 end leading up to the house and the actual kerb is about 1 inch tall.
