f16 on a 1.4SR

is it worth putting a F16 gearbox on my 1.4SR... i'm planning twin 40's ands its already been cammed with a mild cam...

what will lose/gain...

It won't fit, the F16 is from the 1.6 and 1.8(I think) 8v BIG BLOCK.

I think you can fit a F13(sri/gte/gsi) and F15(16v corsa), but don't quote me on it.

Stick with your SR box. Its close ratio and plenty able to cope with your mods (150hp +++ no probs)
