Cavi mk3 help

Ive just got me a mk3 cavi 1.8 nz engine. IM wanting to xe it. My mate has a redtop engine and loom. But does anyone know if the 1.8 8v and the xe engine mounts are the same? also any info about doing the loom would be good!? cheers in advance!

You'll ned thhe xe o/s engine mount to fit a cav. Use a cav xe loom and it'll plug almost straight in.

Cheers Mate So The Calibra Loom Is Different? How Well Do They Go Compared To A Xe Nova?

Yeh the calibra loom is different iirc, but it will fit with a little work. Same as really, obvioulsy a little slower due to the weight disadvantage.
