The front face air-vents (under radio) are leaking air even when the adjuster is in the closed position. It's clear to see that the foam insulation around the air flap has basically deteriorated allowing the air to leak through... very cold in this weather!

Does anyone know if there is something 'off the shelf' i can buy to stick in there as a replacement. Not sure how sticking foam to plastic is going to work, plus it needs to make a good seal?

They always blow cold when open. If they are blowing cold when closed I suggest maybe an old pair of socks for the time being ;)

Great, that stuff looks like it will do the job nicely. I just hope it's sticky enough to hold properly. Socks indeed?? Haha
