well i was considering putting a cd player in the glove box and keeping the cassette player on show to retain that retro feel but I'm now thinking of just getting one of those cassettes with a attachment for a mp3 player and running my speakers of a amp for better sound quality but seems as my original speakers seem to be pretty rubbish and i do not want to cut holes in the doors what can i really do to improve sound quality massively
i was thinking stealth self and 6x9's so it all still looked standard bur are there any speakers worth buying to put in the dash to improve sound quality or will they all just be crap still
what do you think

do you have to remove the dash to replace them?

passenger side glove box and maybe the air vent pipe out. drivers side more tricky undertray and pop the fuse box out the front, air vent pipe and maybe even speedo to get in that way to.

Kenwood 4"ers are suppose to be good too.
I had some JVC ones at one point which were pretty tasty for the size of em.
