View Full Version : vacum pipe from the servo

hiya, im desprate for the hard plastic vacum pipe that goes from the inlet manifold to the brake servo, as ive split mine. i did have a look at one from a single point injection model, but it seems diffrent much longer to the one on mine, also mine had a valve in the part that bolts on to the inlet manifold. my car is a 92 gsi with a 2.0 8v engine. which pipe has everyone else used when doing the engine swap, as i can only see the gsi 1 fitting. any help would be greatly received.

1.0 fits as does sri 1.4

Get a complete servo pipe from a breakers yard. Then buy some jubillee clips & some 12mm (IIRC) fuel hose from a factors, chop it up & make your own to the shape/length you need.

I used a pipe from a mk3 Astra smallblock 16v, was about 2 feet long. The rubber fuel hose was used for the main bend.
