Your best bet would be looking on European or Ireland web sites/Ebay

Other than that you'll end up buying a new one

what is a quick rack excatly because slothsport said it reduced the steering wheel turning 4 times to 2, is this correct. and does it mean 4 times from straight to full lock, or twice from full lock to full lock??

Usually a quick rack is 2.5 turns from full lock to full opposite lock
