Radio aerial question

Does the aerial in my 89 Nova have a feed to amplify it if so what colour is the wire? not being lazy my haynes manual is up to 1988

i seriously doubt that any nova had an amplified aerial as std

they didnt - but appatantly Halfords do an amped one. Dunno how much it is though. I've never needed one personally - then my new JVC actually worked without the ariel in it when I 1st fitted it
