They're the same. SR/SRI/GTE/GSI are lower by the same amount over standard.

But its only about 5 mm difference iirc so i wouldn't really bother changing them, go for some 40 mm ones if you're putting them on standard shocks.

Shortened shocks needed really if you want to run lower springs.

not worth changing em mate for gsi springs
