Theres a post mentioned in there that i found last year sometime, someone went on the advice of his "tuner expert" friend and decided to port his engine by sandblasting it... fair enough (ish, cept you prlly don't wanna be playing with stuff like that if you have to go on the advice of a friend and DIY it lol) that is until you start pouring the sand into the petrol tank ! :eek:

My favorite ever was the guy who thought he had invented a recirculating turbo by plumbing the exhaust back into the inlet.

I need to find that thread again, i was laughing so much i nearly weed a bit lol

you have ot question why some people bother to open the bonnet, let alone even try these things when they are so mechanically inept to not know that oil+water=does not go...


who recconnects the exhaust back to the inlet, without first understanding the concepts of an engine!!!
