Weired digi dash probs?

Thieving barstewards stole my mates digi dash and wiring out his nova, today we've gone to fit another but the temp gauge don't work? I've even put the blue wire straight to the battery and still don't move? Also the blue main beam light is on, even with the lights off? Also all indicators are now stuck on, not flashing just on? Anyone have any ideas?

Bad earth

when you earth the temp sensor wire the gauge will shoot up its an earth needed. id check the connections and try again.

I've ran a new wire from the little connector next to the CTS to the blue wire on the clocks and it still don't work! I've also tried 3 other digi dashes and the temp gauge don't work on them either!
