DB9 wasnt too bad, cracked light and bumper, still probably cost more to fix than mine.

I was turning right when he tried to overtake, he was sat right up my **** when i went to rurn right and he had already commited to the overtake, apparently he didnt see me indicate.

At least its not a hugh mess, looks like it can be sorted without too much hassle.

Got nothing against the ones that drive sensibly but totally hate these flash car drives that act like total tools on the road and drive so condescendingly.

lol yeah i kinda told him it was a write off, and i had spent loads on it blah blah blah, To be fair an insurane company probably would write it off, and i would off got market value for it. So im well happy. :thumb:

I drove it home after, was fine, just needs that inner wing pulling out, new bumper and light, both of which i have lying around.

Plus its recorded as another scratch against Novas, so makes my car more of a risk, which means my premium goes up next year. If he's happy to settle privately, I'd rather it stays as that than have to pay more next year, thanks.

You have to let your insurance know that you've been involved in a crash but you don't have to go through them. Doesn't effect you if it's not your fault.

Don't have to declare in the future.

But £1500 cash is what i'd be taking :D
