Codes on 1.4i cylinder heads

I've been offered a head from a 1.4i, but I'm not sure what engine it came from. If its the SRi great, if its the other 1.4i then pap.

I've been sent the codes off the head to help me identify which one it is.

Code: 81226 GS HE 7 905028 05 14

Hope that makes sense to someone. Can you let me know which engine this head is from.

I haven't got any pictures and haven't actually seen it yet, the codes is the only thing I've really got to go on at the moment.

I'll request pics, but don't know how long they'll take.
