You need a battery box / tray of some kind to mount the battery, a length of power cable, some rubber grommits and a junction box.

Mount the junction box where your battery used to be and connect the positive cables to it, then run a new positive cable from the box to the battery in the boot.

Fairly sure i just ordered the thickest stuff !

I have a Corsa servo on my Nova.

Battery is in a box in the boot, power cable is sleeved within some garden hose & runs within the rea quarter & sill, then enters the engine bay at the nearside just under the firewall. I have connected the cable to the main car loom with a audio style distribution block which has further terminals which I have used for the power steering etc. The main car loom enters the eng bay through a grommet on the firewall, this is in a good position for where the cable & dis block are mounted.

Just get the right gauge cable (forget) & some new battery terminals & a method for joining the cable to the existing power cable.

I pretty much did the same as above, i also used audio amplifier cable (huge stuff), and i used a maxi fuse

I put my battery behind the passenger seat (to keep weight inside the axels and to offset my weight diagnally) i bought a battery box from raldes, then welded the clamps shown below to the floor, cutting the hook ends off, and the drilled 2 holes for them to pass in to the battery box.

I did orginally used a audio juinction box to bridge the original alternator/starter cable to the extended cable but i could only get a 60 amp fuse for it, so i swapped it to a 125amp megafuse and holder

youll need to pull the live feed cable thru the engine bay grommit into the car, and youll need to extend the other cable that goes to the starter motor and route it thru the grommit to the back of the car, then rig up an earth depending where its located. you need some proper cable that can handle the cranking amp power of the battery. someone said a while back about the battery needing outside ventilation too (depending on what type it is), as you can turn your car into a hydrogen science experiment if your not careful lol

If you put the power block where the battrey used to be then you can connect everything thing, so no need to extend any wires.

This is all you need:

Battery box (box clamps are inside it along with batt terminals)
Pos wire
Neg wire
Clips to instal wire neatly

EDIT: If your posh and happen to have a Gel Filled Varley type battery, you can get GRP box's for them aswell, either in traditional mount or lay flat mounting.

Why all the -wire? You only need to connect that to the body to make the ground for the battrey.(ie doesnt need to go to the bay.)

The neg came free with the pos, the pos only cost £7.99 for 3 metres :thumb:

EDIT: The Pos wire doesnt need to be fused either, its a waste of time TBH.
