Side strips?

Are side strips on K reg merit+ five door stuck on, or do they have fasteners fixed to the doors?

Want to remove them you see :)

K reg should be stuck on, so no holes left behind.

If you want proof, take the doorcard/rear quarter panel off and have a look.
