18`s on a Nova

How hard would it be to do a 5 stud conversion and put 18s on a xe. They sound a bit big but going cheep . Thoughts?

ive seen it done before not shore how easy it will be though will need arch mods. wont handle that good though!! its possible though

Take my advice............ dont do it lol

The wheels may be cheap but getting them to fit wont be. Chances are they'll be the wrong offset (like mine are which is a pain in the anus from the word go), as already said you'll need a funk load of work done to the arches to get them under and clear and then it will sit like a cat with scolded scrotum.

Although mine doesn't handle too bad you'd be much better off getting your arches rolled and a set of 16s which won't rub and you'll get to keep full lock and go around corners at speed without toppling over :thumb:

Edit - k's one had 19s iirc, looked like a tractor......... sound rich coming from me lol

Get the 18's and charge people to limbo under your sills to pay for the arch mods etc :thumb:

Doing the 5 stud isnt hard at all if you're running a big block engine.
Harder is you run small block.

Sexyness :) . don't like the number plate being there tho

17's on mine with quite alot of arch mods still don't give you full lock and the rears catch when the wheels sag.
