have you tried using the online small cliams court? im in the prosess with someone off here that has done the same thing to me!

its easy google hmc online claims it is easy if you have proof!
costs £25 but when there found to be in the wrong they will have to pay costs ect!

my claiment is still being a to**er so i can now send in the baliffs or sieze some of his property or car!! i hate robbing bast**ds!!

it will also give them a ccj which is aint great if applying for credit ect!

I made a trip to Trowbridge saturday just gone, to buy a Satnav he had for sale. Thought it would be easier to drive (45ish mins Swindon to Trowbridge)than risk it in the post. He was a no show. I waited half an hour, rang twice and texted. No response till about an hour later. I was in Calne by then. I text him before leaving so he knew i was coming, said he would meet me not a problem!!

Could be a perfectly reasonable explanation (i wasnt offered one, just a text saying sorry :roll: ) but after seeing this, seems abit of a timewaster to me.
