I noticed this, to be fair to the guy he must have looked after it reasonably well for it to have done 146,000 miles and still look half decent. He obviously isnt after much as he says he will throw in snow chains if it reaches £500.
Although saying all this pictures can be deceiving, would be good for an enthusiast to get a hold of and restore it.

well its not the couler that attracts me even though white or one off the yellow coulers probs the best coulers to have a sr in its just the fact its a sr is why i need it!! even though ive got one lol

yea i know man would be a shame to go to some one who will break or not look after it!!! but ive offerd him my gte and some money so will see how it goes i dont really need it as ive got a sr but they are the best model of nova and would have it for the sake of it!!!

I've owned both... the maestro is fugly but goes like hell round corners.... it cost me £200 & I did 2000miles round france in it for my honeymoon....I daren't take the nova cos its electrics were shot

I agree, the early sr is the best model nova, I think if I could buy it i would be tempted to change the front to my other snowplough front as I think they are the best. But then keeping this one factory would be nice too as you dont see many around. Good luck matey, hopefully he accepts your offer.

im opposite me i think the later sr's are the beter looking so if i do get it she'l be staying how she is but tbh i wont be botherd if he doe'snt accept it like ive got a pretty nice sr that i will be keeping for good any waylol

i think the mother in law is sick of it to, the nova is parked/dumped on her drive and has sat there almost bare for about 4 months.
Everytime i mention buying another Nova i cant even finish the sentence before i get a no lol

No not yet hav'nt had the chance couldnt get the time off work by the time I finish its gone 5pm abit to dark to get a good look at all the right places, Going to cut it fine with the auction & have a look sat morning hopefully.
