started rubbing down the primer, will rub up the shell , then all the bolt on panels..:thumb:

a stanadard 85 sr came with a single choke carb, as this is a twin choke varajet2.
its a 80's mode, just to be differant. :thumb::thumb:

got workin on the nova yesterday. flattened the the whole shell, then painted the door checks and boot check. :):)

spent £1800 on full metal re-spray new rear 1/4's front wings, loads of welding etc....but 7 years later thinking she'll need some more a door with slight bubble and a new battery area soon (depending on mot tester lol). apart from that still mint. needs a carb or a new gte engine (1300's are soo slow by moddern standards)

painted the rear arches tonight, the back axle and drums..:thumb:

freddy called down with a rear wiper motor as i though mine was broken, turned out to be a bad conection.:eek:

took her out for a 25 mile run too. going sweet, needs the carb set ..

well folks, i think this thread is coming to a end.
the nova is finished apart from a few small jobs.

drive shaft oil seal leaking, back seats are squeaking, carb needs set and a inside valet.:p

i will let these pics do the talking...
