door card strengthening

my 5 inch focals are in the door interior with a big hole ripped into the door itself. they sound good until its very fast bass and the speakers are hitting so hard and the interior card is going mad and really rattles.
whats people done to stop the rattling in the doors?

Fibre Glass and Plywood! Won't say no more! Use your imagination! I got 6x9's in my doors, lots of fibre glass and fucking around with the rods in the doors and rattle free!
