You're never gonna find any second hand baxter, just find some suitable ones and get them done. Mine cost approx £160, so not an extortionate amount. Can pass details if required.

iirc no widened steels are "tecnically" road legal.

Altough i will say that welds on mine looked loads better than those on the ww website.
