Am I right in thinking its OMP that make front cage sections the DONT go through the dash?

I don't have a dash fitted, but I believe my 6-point Safety devices bolt in would clear the dash.

^ just the job that Oli, should easily clear a dash by the looks of it. Just gotta find one now as im not funking about bending one up with a manual pipe bender :(
The rear cage i was given is also a SD cage, so once i get my hands on a front section, it should all fit pukka :D
Ive gotta' SD in my Rally car & that doesnt go through the dash :)
Fantastic answers chaps :D MJ, i take it yours is erm, the same as Oli's then is it not? (With regards to picture)
Sweet, just gotta find one now lol
Have some +Rep the pair of you :thumb:
Aye, SD fit in without dash cuttage.
Tis a tight fit though against the heater vents.
Heater matrix is coming out Ad, i need the space behind it and the 3 52mm holes in the dash :thumb:
In Lee H's, his sd cage is solid against the side heater vents iirc, but it does fit :)
^move the rear cage section about 10mm backwards prior to bolting it down :thumb: affix front cage, and hey presto, 10mm clearance at the front :D
Yeah Adam is right, It is a tight fit against the heater vents, But like you say there coming out :thumb:

Really fancy bending one up, for show really, but it might help strengthen the chassis a little (dont flame me for the show comment, you know alot of people have them for the same reasons)
Anyone have a lot of pics they could link to (maybe in a project thread) fancy starting to plan it out...
Would also be a decent excuse to improve my welding technique.

Even though I'll be adding a couple more bars to this, along with gusset plates. (Adding rear triangulation to strut tops, twin rear X and combined rear strut brace :thumb:)

Sturge - our FIA/MSA SD 6point bolt in cage weights 24.2kgs ;) so yours is around 14kg more lol ;)

I stand corrected!!
I hope so, i spend my days fitting them lol
New regs are ridiculous, 7 times gross weight results in no more than 20mm deflection:eek:
