i'd say it is a 1.2 iv got a 1.6 on twin 40's and that runs 152bhp so if it was a 1.6 it would be running more than 120bhp

That is a GTE/GSi engine. EDT: Higher change of it being an SRi engine actually.

N reg Corsa 1.2's are not distributor engines. That is a GTE/GSi engine.

I had a P reg Corsa 1.2, which was a dispack SPi and my current runaround, an S reg, is an ECO-TEC but a 1.0.

No but if i was going to gypo on some carbs id put it onto a dizzy so I could alter the timing yo.

Tbh it doesnt look like its been done too badly, or at least he has fitted all the bits to make it look like it has (especially the blue plastic loom wrap)
But surely if it were a 1.4 or 1.6 he would tell the potential buyers though?

'Proven' 120bhp at the fly yet only 84bhp at the wheels. Sounds like he meant to type 100bhp at the fly, but 'accidently' added 20bhp.

i dont know wat cam or compression im a professional football coach so i can only do simple stuff lol my mate a vauxhall tech so i got the parts he did most of the work if you dont beleive me come down il be glad to take you out in it when the summer comes

150 is a lot for a 1.6 on 40's but certainly not unachievable

Definently not a 1200 if those rr figures are right.

Its still running a Spi dizzy too, so will be running 10degrees ignition timing through the revs lol
