Gonna have a go at making my own set. Just ordered the perspex. The rubber seal to use is confusing me slightly. What have people used in he past? I'm thinking of a Corsa one maby. Gonna have a route round the scrap yard on friday to see what might do the job.

I've marked out the window, this is the sort of size i'm after for the hole.
20mm width X 220 height

Any ideas on the rubbers to use will be helpful. I'm gonna post up how it goes in my project thread when i have everything i need

cheers

do the whole front window.

use pug 206 rubbers

a corsa c outer lower seal that goes on the door window joint and a punto mk1 inner seal.

hmmmm Free +shards of plastic flying at you when you break them.... or pay a bit and get polycarb that will (if it does indeed break) not stab you viciously... tough choice lol
