Mate its like so so so easy.

1. first clean them and dry them
2. mask them up with tape all the bits your not going to spray as so...

3. spray but do it slowly not try and get a good coat of spray in one go. i sprayed mine around ten time with fine coats!
4. wait to dry then spray laquer on 2-3 coats will be enough but follow as above.
5. wait to dry and take off the tape and fit to car and should look as so only a diffrent style to mine
