maybe because the bodyshop ones are copies and the ones people are selling have GM stamped into then.

GM stuff fits better. I had some pattern mk2 wings, i'm going to cut them up and use them for mig practice/plates. They are crapola!!!!

The second hand ones you are seeing are likely to be GM stuff.

Depends who makes the wings where you get them from etc. GM ones are garenteed to fit but copy parts are down to luck. My need some fettling my fit very nice or maybe a nightmare.

Just down to luck.

Agreed, i've spent over 8 hours trying to get the fit right with some pattern wings, whereas gm ones fitted perfectly first time. I'd sooner have some good second hand gm ones, than new pattern ones.

By law there has to be 14 differences in the pattern part from the genuine one!! That's quite a few differences in a wing which makes them hard to fit properly!!

 :wtf:

Holy wingnuts Batman. Thats crazy. How do they work out the differences when the parts look identical. Must be down to the firm that makes them as to what differences they are therefore some fit better then other.
